he basically said they had a 'fighter pilot' movie script but they had no idea how they were going to shoot the movie really, what the tone would be, etc.
then he found a literal gay beefcake wall calendar which had pictures of shirtless guys playing volleyball and driving around in '57 Chevys drag-racing on every page. he said 'that's how we'll make the movie. it will be a bunch of studs 'hanging with the boys', only F-16s instead of '57 Chevys.'
100% not flame. this is basically how he explained the making of the movie. |
