Completely false. I have done multiple motions for post-conviction relief, multiple jury trials, multiple non-jury trials, multiple substantial evidentiary hearings, and the like. The fact that I refuse to engage with xo psychopathic stalkers is irrelevant.

I do, however, agree that there's a class of bottom-feeding criminal defense faggots in every jurisdiction; they make life hell for those of us who are actually competent. To date I've represented over 200 people. I have gotten *multiple* prosecutors fired for misconduct. I have notes in files about me and my litigation tactics. Prosecutors will just dismiss felony cases when I file a Notice of Taking Depositions. I am extremely good at my job. The last time I had to withdraw from a case was several years ago.

I totally forgot I did that interview--that was several years ago. It's true, at the time, I hadn't taken a trial to a jury verdict. I had done multiple bench trials & substantive evidentiary hearings and had done voir dire in a jury trial, but the case resolved during the proceedings. Since then, I've done several more jury and non-jury trials. Thanks for reminding me!
