yeah from this week
I’d never heard of him before.
I mean the first 90 min or so is him talking about his upbringing and obsessions with skateboarding and obscure rock bands, but he was like fighting and shit all the time, failing school, etc so it was fairly interesting given where he’s at now

Stanford is a good credential obviously but “neuroscience” might as well be pseudoscience. I think it’s a way for hippy shaman types to work their way into mainstream academia in 2022.

Let me listen to some balding fag on gc payroll instead of becoming directly in tune with the inner workings of my own being and deriving truth for myself
Lmao sorry you’re so cut off from Source and your Spirit that you need this snake oil academic shaman to make lifestyle choices for you

I’m not gonna recall all the nuances offhand, but it was about timing and the things that sunlight does to your eyes to anchor your body’s rhythm. like you should get sunlight minutes after waking up and not hours
also he says you should not do coffee right away but about 60-90 min after waking up and definitely only after getting the direct sunlight
and getting direct sunlight again during the day which gives the body another reference point. this also means no sunglasses btw
