Well in fairness to me, this thread was poasted back when I was young and stupid and foolishly thought that "article titles" counted when you are interpreting what articles are trying to convey to readers.

Then you set me straight, and explained that even an article that had a title like (this is a totally random example) "Russia Is Running Out Of Ammo" could very easily *not* be trying to convey to the reader that Russia is, in fact, running out of ammo, because it's just an article title and those don't really count when you are parsing what an article is *actually* trying to say.
