Look at most T14's; the NY passage rate is like 95% for those schools, compared to an overall average of 75% (or something) for NY. I'm sure the same holds true for the other State Bars. |

Date: December 8th, 2006 3:21 PM Author: Autistic kitty cat the MPRE is easy to fail. The first time I took it (cold) I also scored a 50 scaled (which is 25 or 26 out of 50). Of course this was back in 1998 or 1999 and now I think the MPRE is 60 questions instead of 50 (?).
Strange part is after struggling to pass it, and then passing the NY bar, I took the MPRE again to waive into DC and all I did was sit for Pieper's MPRE lecture. I scored a 104 scaled with minimal effort, so that must mean I was studying wrong or Bar/Bri's MPRE course really sucks. |
