This only applies to the city of Minneapolis. So while cigarette taxes are already regarded as being regressive, this tax is even more regressive because it's going to hurt those who don't have easy transportation outside of city limits |

Minneapolis took a big step forward in stopping the tobacco industry from using price to get people to start using tobacco and undermine people’s resolution to quit.” |
