These giant concrete barriers were recently wrapped in the rainbow flag with the weird triangle, which I believe promotes transgenders (baby blue, pink and white?), as well as brown and black people existing (two more stripes).
There must be about 20 of them, because they are on every block.
Kid and his friends tore the wrapping off three of them this past weekend. Im sure there must be a million security cameras pointed at them, but to date we have heard nothing from LE.
