XO SOS: need cohabitation agreement for elderly father ASAP. Help!!

95% she’s looking for a payday. She’s 68. He’s 75 has Parkinson’s and is beginning to have memory problems. She’s thrown herself at him. And has a “voracious sexual appetite. he’s worth millions and we’ve been hammering him for years to get his will and the trust all in order, but even though he’s a lawyer, and a widow, he still hasn’t done it.
If someone has a form, I can probably take care of the rest myself and beef it up. I plan on sending my draft to his will and trust guy to get this shit wrapped up by next week.
I’ll give more details way later today, but in the meantime, if someone can help me out or give me the name or number of somebody in California, who can I’d really fucking appreciate it.
I’m gonna go surfing and figure out how I can fix this fucking mess.
