He was arrested with violent gang members
He had a hearing with 2 different judges, both believed he was a violent
He then got a third hearing where he said the magic words "I'm afraid to go back to my country" and a judge said he couldn't be sent back
If you can't deport this guy, who CAN you deport? Biden let in 8 million people. You can't give them all 4 hearings. And if they know that you can't deport them without 4 hearings, its entirely rational for them to come here illegally.
It's de facto open borders.
