From an actual Microsoft white paper:
"Our growth is very much trending up in a month-over-month situation," Ed Suwanjindar, a product manager with Microsoft’s mobility group, said in an interview. "We continue to beat our numbers from the prior month. Our OEMs are ramping production and we’re gaining a lot of traction with all our key audiences," Suwanjindar said.

The buy-side guys are all squawking about increased profitability for T-Comms in eastern Europe given changes in the regulatory structure but I just don't see it. Their ROR+ elements that have been driving bottom lines for years will quickly be commoditized and the market for next generation broadband and wireless products is essentially saturated in the short to intermediate term. Given the over exuberance in the market, I'd short the the ADR's and hedge the currency exposure.

Our work on organizational issues is guided by the view that organizations are complex and dynamic systems. The crucial element in these systems is, of course, people. Our goal is to find ways that improve both individual motivation and institutional performance.
Representative issues we address with our clients include:
Determining the Role of the Corporate Center - How can corporate "overhead" create value far in excess of its cost, strengthening and energizing business units so the whole is greater than the sum of the parts? What role best fits your strategic vision? Which structural elements of organizational design best address your current needs and long-term objectives?
DelayeringTM the Organization - Have you reduced your management ranks as dramatically as your work force? Could you eliminate 15-30 percent of management costs while cutting decision-making time in half?
Optimizing the Networks - What if you could identify key players on both sides of a premerger discussion? What if you could better understand how your people networks work or don't work? Are there ways to foster innovation internally? To promote your brand externally?
Linking Accountabilities with Strategy - Does your organization have a culture of appropriate accountability? Does senior management know how the company's strategic goals are ultimately connected to individual accountabilities? Do subordinates feel committed, engaged, empowered, enabled to take initiative and achieve results?
Managing Change and Getting Results - Do you understand what resources are necessary to accomplish the changes you want to make and what constraints stand in the way? What feedback loops can be put in place to reward and applaud change and give you the kind of momentum you need to overcome the inevitable roadblocks and loss of energy that occur? Do you need to change perception as well as reality, to change twice?

How will you lead?
Leadership is not only about succeeding. It is about having the courage to pick oneself up if mistakes happen. I will lead by collaborating and by empowering. I will lead by listening, learning from mistakes, and motivating others to believe in themselves in the face of insurmountable odds or the disappointments of the past. I believe that whatever the sphere of life, every single person has an important role to play. There can't be a leader without followers, and the reverse is also true. Success as a leader is the ability to treat each person as a valuable part of the whole. If I can make each member of my team or sphere of influence (home, community, and workplace) believe that each is valuable and unique, then I will have succeeded as a leader. This is a necessary step to unveiling the strengths in each person. That is the power of collaboration and motivation. It is the story of the whole being greater than the sum of the parts.
On a personal level, I will lead by being a good wife and a good mother. Being a good wife will ensure that I affect my husband in such positive ways that will overflow into his interactions with others and his work and that will hopefully create an immense positive ripple effect. As a mother, I will lead by setting the right examples for my son and by imbuing him with a strong sense of values. This will provide the best foundation for him to eventually influence his world in a positive way. Doing this will help me influence, in a sense, the next generation, since my son offers a link and a voice to this generation.
On learning about herself
Since coming to HBS, I have gone through the whole spectrum of human emotions. This has been a journey of self-discovery: sometimes overwhelming, oftentimes exciting. I have learned new types of strengths, I have grown in knowledge, and I have become more disciplined. There is a whole new courage I never thought I possessed. I feel empowered—and through the case study method, I have learned to give voice to ideas that would previously have remained shut off from human discourse and powerless to have impact. HBS has taught me to really know myself and in the revealing to take pride in all that I stand for: womanhood, parenthood, and the zeal to be the best!
On actualizing the MBA mission: to develop outstanding leaders who will contribute to the well-being of society
I once read somewhere that the man who does not read is no better than the man who cannot read. I believe in the power of education, and I feel that it can help to transform a whole person, a community, and even a nation. I hope to be the best I can be in the world of business and to contribute to the field of business education in my country as a volunteer lecturer. I believe that business today is in dire need of education in ethics. I believe that I can demonstrate an ethical approach to business, and I also believe that by contributing toward educating the next generation of business leaders, with an emphasis on ethics, I would be contributing to a positive ripple effect in business and in society as a whole.

btw, just got positive feeback after a second round interview with a hedge fund/high-tech startup consisting of 30 people in London's West End. They want to meet with me again, either in London or New York. CEO is an upper 30s Harvard MBA already worth over $100 million.
I hope this helps.

If you don't get your MBA, you end up talking like this: http://www.hidebehind.com/1E2050
It's the same gibberish, but it's less refined.
