still, neither party ever quite cracks fully. i imagine that it's the big Dem money that keeps the Dem party from splitting. i saw that Jasmine Crocket said that the big Dem money has decided to choose a mainstream-ish white male for the next nominee. after being steamrolled in so many consecutive DNC selections it will be interesting to see how the progressive side of the party reacts to that.
