Sure, with what resources?
Do you know how difficult it would be to direct federal authorities to shift priorities to street-level crimes just to arrest and prosecute dumbass felons-in-possession?
Not to mention federal prosecutors would drown in the number of bullshit cases they'd have to process through federal hearings and trials.
