I have around $980k in originations since I joined the firm in April, so I don’t think I qualify as a service partner anymore unfortunately. However I can speak to my time as a service partner at Baker Hostetler (I stole $800k of my book from them).

if it stays $2m, i should make $780 next year. under the equity formula i'd be closer to $900k. i am eligible to be "promoted" to equity at the end of 2026, which shouldn't be a problem bc people with pretty small books make it all the time here.
