this is why TTT ppl are stuck doing ID/PI/etc
what a bunch of "miss the big picture" morons. this person actually (on other threads) claims that law firms are just like any other business... and that prestige is overblown. he/she goes on (usually) to say that firms are stupid to only hire from top schools bc other schools "teach the law better" or somesuch. and then, he/she always concludes that businesses should hire MidLaw instead of BigLaw bc they shouldn't pay $500/hr for some 4th yr associate to do their Due Diligence. no, no, no--they should bargain it down to $150/hr to have some TTT grad do it at MidLaw
that board is an awful waste--GTO, you should seriously challenge them for the non-elite market... tons of lawyers would be interested if you built a board for the mass market (rather than just t14+BigLaw) |
