I think best way to do it is python using Django, postgreSQL, and a small amount of JavaScript rather than reproducing original php. for a lot of the html/css can copy directly from what is clientside on the site, and then the backend logic can easily be inferred and implemented in django. probably really easy with current agents. there is more the issue of maintenance, also not hard, but good to know what you are doing. im really good with aws and with firewalls and keeping servers running good and blocking out bots. even with current ai it still really helps to have good high level knowledge for making rules for blocking out bots and scripts. also good about me is that I would be committed to engineering it to not log ips and would do even beyond that plus im level of mental illness where I wouldn't give anyone anything in case of lolsuit, which chances are low given we are all old (http://www.autoadmit.com/thread.php?thread_id=5914273&forum_id=2#50199310)
