My kid has a friend and her brother is a nonverbal autist and he seems like a good kid but he just doesn't talk. It's kinda sad too how the dad still wants to be proud of him for some things so he really has to reach to find stuff to brag about. I never really experience this irl but he can understand everything and he likes to do certain things.
