I admire what you're trying to do. You are obviously trying to make sure that every man, woman, and child in the civilized world knows who Heide Iravani is. You know, your pro bono Reputation Defender (TM) client with the huge mammaries who happens to be a 1L at Yale Law School. Yes, *that* Heide. The persian CGWBT.

In order to defend Ms Iravani's reputation, you waded into some murky waters. The net result has been--and will be--that Ms Iravani becomes an internet superstar. This is a result of your actions and it seems that Ms Iravani might end up much worse off because she has accepted your free services.

You seem to lack a fundamental understanding of the Law, as well. On your site, you make it appear as if anything said about your client on xoxo or T14talent is/was legally actionable. Your bluster constitutes poor legal advice at the least or blatant misrepresentation at the worst. Not surprising for someone who runs a "business" out of his apartment in Kentucky, but you're a double Harvard grad running the business out of your apartment. I expected more and you really let me down.

I'm sure GTO and rachmiel appreciate the free publicity and the rest of us will appreciate the exponential increase in unintentional hilarity that seems to follow you around. As your Harvard Law buddies would say, you combine bizarre and uber-liberal ideas (pro-regulation) with an uncanny inability to shut up.
