Wife does chores that shes ok with and husband does ones he feels are T-forward like mow lawn, take out garbage or clean eaves. That said I have seen variations of this, for example, one guy I know who is a chef at a large hotel did all the kitchen stuff, cooking, dishes etc, and his wife was a botanist and teacher who did all the gardening stuff including mowing lawn and edging the flower beds. By all accounts, they are very happy together. Ive been to there place many times for dinner and they have a beautiful garden, and the dinners are outstanding with excellent wine pairings.
