yeah, ok. i always thought unionization was a device designed to increase the bargaining power of workers who often found themselves on the pwn3d end of the bargaining table. that "they align themselves with" liberals, in general, doesn't necessarily indicate that unionization is a part of the liberal agenda; all it demonstrates is that liberals hold highly treating workers fairly.

I can agree with this point. However, I do think that Democrats purposefully align themselves w/ union leaders to gain constituents that way. After all, there are tons of unions in this USA.

sure, but the objective is not simply to gain constituents. that conclusion is political one designed, in my opinion, to shift the blame for lost jobs/relentless outcourcing/generally bad economic management from CEOs and economic policy fabricators to liberals and employees who'd rather not get taken advantage of, all by virtue of there being a positive correlation between union membership and membership in the democratic party. convenient scapegoating.

I dunno. It seems as if she is trying to blow off steam by coming here and simply picking fights with everyone and anyone. I am ignoring her from now on. She is really a negative person and an evil spawn of satan.

1) who the fuck are you?

2) please die.

yeah, ok. i'm consistently well reasoned and logically sound. just because you feel intimidated/outmatched/embarrassed doesn't mean you've "pwn3d" anyone or that my views aren't taken seriously. learn how to reason.

the problem with you as a poster is that you rely too heavily on other posers to substantiate/validate your comments. everything i post is carefully written and supportable by cases (when were talking about law) or fact. just in case you haven't noticed, none of my points so far on this board have been outright refuted. sure, people will debate. but this is different than proving my points to be false or incorrect. please learn to appreciate the difference.

like i said, everything i say is airtight logically. if you want to sit here and compare our respective amount of cronies, you'd win, hands down.

but, as the Miers epic instructs, sometimes it is better to have on your side a well qualified leader than a cadre of cronies.

to sit here and list a bunch of supporters (which I'm sure you could do -- for example, Veritas, Alito, et al), really doesnt say much about you as a poster if those supporters are essentially a bunch of retarded monkeys. if i were to say that "The Earth is square," and a fucking donkey immediately shrieks "You got that right Sean," that really doesn't bode well for my statement.

apply this principle to the the current circumstances.
