I was kind of in a hurry bc I was going to get dinner with some friends later. Some skinny fat twink who was probably about 5'7 150 looked like he was going to kill himself. Everytime he unracked the weight it was wobbly as fuck, and he was barely quarter squatting. And mind you, he was only putting up 135 (45 on each side). I painfully watched him do two of these sets and said fuck this, walked up to him, and said "hey man you're done here." He looked at me confused and said what? and I just repeated "you're done here." He continued to stand there so I explained that I was in a hurry, that I wasn't about to watch him do a pointless workout, and that he should watch me and take notes if he wanted to learn how to squat properly. Dude picked up his shit and walked out of the gym immediately afterwards. Like I said in the OP, it was packed. 2) It wasn't just bad form; it was awful. 3) Get a trainer or friend to help until you figure it out. 4) I could have, but I would have had to change the weights every set which would be annoying as fuck and would take a lot of time. Fuck that. Maybe I could have handled it more diplomatically. Oh well. I told the kid to watch, but he was too much of a pussy to stick around. Not my fault. |
