just to follow up on your first point, Joe repeatedly ran for POTUS and couldn't make it to the runway let alone get his campaign up in the air. his career had termed out as being a small-state dummy in the Senate, useful for promoting foreign wars and for protecting credit card companies. (Robert Gates, esteemed by both parties, wrote, "[Biden] has been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades.”)
and then Obama tapped Joe to be VPOTUS.
that is still an inexplicable move to me. from Obama's choice of Joe we also get Kamala Harris. Obama must die inside every time he thinks of Joe.
