I've never worked for an F100, and the efficiency here is probably under 10%. It's the worst I've ever seen anywhere.
By contrast, the efficiency of the small family company where I work my J1 is probably closer to 50-60%. Everyone pulls their weight and I genuinely don't mind coming in on weekends or staying late. It's just a much different culture. |

The sweet spot is the $100k-$150k jobs. I can easily handle 4-5 of those by myself and, with a team, I could likely get to 10-15 of them. Remember, I'm not trying to do this long-term. Just for a couple years. |
