This works for a lot of vegetables. Especially potatoes, which should almost always be cooked this way. |

I like to precook some salmon and then flake it up in a pan, add some lemon juice and zest and some spices, add the chopped broccoli. Gets it real succulent. Also cook it with scrambled eggs a lot.
