i can think of four doods i know who are just “alex”
two are 100% homosexual. the other two are younger millennials and pretty gay too
real reason i’d avoid it though is that it’s a unisex name now. girl alexmos all over the place these days

thanks. Any name can be unisex these days, which doesn't seem like a good reason to rule out otherwise good names, but I dunno.
