Date: June 11th, 2025 6:42 PM Author: opaque shrine just received my first blood test results and i'm a little surprised by the LDL. i'm a skinnymo, walk ~1.5 hours a day, eat kind of keto but not all the way, plenty of veggies, and only drink once a week. dad has the same issue and takes statins, but he drinks a lot and hardly exercises. no one in my family has had a heart attack and i eat much better and work out way more than they do/did. am i ok or can i drop dead at any moment?
