Ruining her would have been taking this to trial since we had punitives in the case. Settling it was the nice thing. They left extremely nasty voicemails to my wife when I asked for the insurance information. She never gave me insurance info (outright refused) which is why I filed. If she gave me insurance info and was honest, the case would have been settled without a lawsuit.
She is satanic. I will throw a massive party when she dies. I despise her.
She doesn’t have to pay for anything, nor attorneys and didn’t even pay for the homeowners insurance. She hasn’t had a job in forever. |
