if you want to not be discriminated against you have to start your own company/country basically imo. The only Gen X CEOs/billionaires are the ones who went into tech. boomers can't use computers so they didn't get pwned by boomers if they went that way. fortune 1000k dinosuar companies have soooooo many Geriatric Gen X guys still waiting to join the middle class after decades of loyal service.
