lol yes. i will go 6 months at a time consuming the equivalent of a pack of cigs a day and never have any problems quitting cold turkey for another 6-12 months.

I guess it's not 'quitting' but I frequently will do a 2-8 week nicotine detox, always by cold turkey quitting. It sucks for the first few days but you get over it in normal scenarios.

dumb

You shouldn't "quit" something 180 likes nicotine or caffeine. Perhaps just temper it down. If you're vaping constantly like a queer, switch to cigs, and only American Spirits.

If you're dead-set on quitting, use the gum. I was nicotine free for a year after weaning with gum for a few weeks. I quit at the behest of the women in my life and became very depressed/unproductive/fat. My life has dramatically improved since going back to nic.

California didn't ban vape sales you retard. Why would you post something like this that can so easily be disproven in a single google search?

I am almost quit. Did a 75% reduction in a span of about a week to 10 days using the patch and gum. It was mentally brutal. I thought the cravings would suck, but it was the depression and anxiety that came on all at once.

you cant, i mean its very difficult.

you need to taper off as much as possible first, then do CT + gum.

You'll just be uncomfortable and feel kind of sick for about a week. And then you'll have cravings longer than that, but they will go away eventually, too. If you relapse, it's almost always because you weren't 10000% fully committed to quitting for good.
