Medicine, high protein diet, alcohol, lifting heavy, and supplements
First I take klonopin right before bed and first thing in the morning. Then I go to work. My firm is almost all men and small enough that we don’t have corporate-like rules. So when I get to work I sip on a nice cocktail of some sort, usually something light like gin and tonic or a mojito. For lunch there are a few restaurants within walking distance where I’ll eat some seared tuna or salmon and a few drinks. After lunch is when I take all my calls. By that time I’m relaxed enough for interactions with other people. And for the rest of the work day I like to sip scotch and eat smoked meat or peppered salami or something. At home it’s bourbon and Coke Zero with a large salad so I can take a clean fibrous shit before I leave the house again. Twice a week I get up early and lift very heavy before any klonopin or alcohol. Every day I take like 15 different vitamins and ~ 20 grams of creatine

i basically dont have "stress" now that i dont work for jews. last "real" jerb was over 15 years ago. shitlolsolo was somewhat street but not even 20% of working directly for jews
now doing "nothing" is basically no stress. i dont even deal with anything really compared to the past, maybe flight delay or something thats like the most stress i face
just stay away from jews

First, sleep. Second, exercise, outdoors if at all possible. Third, hang out with my family. Fourth, zone out doing something relaxing. Narrative video games that keep your brain and your hands busy are vastly superior to reading, listening to music, or watching TV when stressed, because you’re less likely to grab your phone, scroll, and spiral about whatever work shit is bumming you out.
