Date: May 9th, 2025 4:39 PM Author: disco fries (his own flesh as well as all space was still a cage) I asked her again, and she looked at me kind of wide-eyed and said, “yeah I’ve applied for jobs I wanted and not gotten them, sure, but if I got an interview I think I always converted it into an offer.” I walked away from that incredibly humbled as I’m pretty sure that I’ve never gotten a job based on my interview. Sure I’ve been interviewed before, but if I was getting hired, the decision was made long before I showed up to answer questions. |
