Someone will get provisional relief in a federal court. There's actually contingency funds in the SNAP program that can keep it going for months. The admin is now claiming that those funds can't be used without additional congressional approval. That contradicts what USDA said months ago. My guess is that there's quite a few sympathetic district court judges that'll grant the provisional relief and require the funds to be released.
