Of counsel = formerly had breakfast, or could have breakfast but doesn't want to work the hours |

Now there are any number of iterations and titles. They all mean different things. In some firms, you can incorporate as a PLLC to let the outside know that you're hot shit. |

Date: May 21st, 2025 9:54 AM Author: Drunkard The PLLC (don’t know if I have actually seen a PLLC), PC etc is either for firms that are a general partnership (K&E) or for a tax advantage for partners in low/no income tax states.
You can tell the share partners at K&E because they are PC and the non-share “partners” are not. |
