But at the same time the Roman conquest of Britannia forever changed the tribes. It’s like the measuring effect irl. Hard to say with certainty if the world would have been better had the Roman’s stayed out of Britannia and let the tribes evolve on their own.
Of course the Romans essentially invited in the Anglo Saxon German menace with its terrible consequences. Basically the Anglo saxons deserved to get got by William the conquerors Normans. It brings me great joy to think that Celtic Britons witnessed the Normans massacre the Anglo Saxons.
