At any level of competitive football, say 3A varsity and up, this sort of shit goes on dozens of times a game and is well within the set of risks a player assumes when he steps on the field. Ie if a guard on my CFB team did this and got a 15 yard flag I would understand, but if he got tossed from the game I’d be pissed. There are no eggshell plaintiffs in football.
