I was drinking at least a fifth a day most of the time probably a little more (a little less on weekends due to family stuff etc). I'd have plenty of days where I'd drink way more than a fifth but about a fifth a day or the equivalent in wine or beer is probably the most common. Biglaw stress is what started me on this path to some extent.
