How many AI-written emails should I expect to be exchanged between the insurance company and the “victim” before the insurance company caves and pays out whatever is demanded?

Shouldn't the emails be going to you if you are representing the victim?

What are the cr tactics to use against CSLG and why are they unused or used and not working?

(1) go to trial. Cslg loses his aura in front of a jury (cant fluster defense counsel with rude emails)

(2) gather smear evidence on plaintiff and hammer it in deposition. It wont be admissible but it will scare plaintiff into lowering settlement minimum to avoid the stand

(3) don't cheap out on experts. Get experts who will dig into the records and undermine pre existing/causation/severity
