really everything outside of shitlaw, crim, etc. is flame. the entire point of practice is to skate around or abuse the law in a way that was never intended. if you want to follow the law as written and intended you usually don't need a team of lawyers ensuring you're compliant with that. |

Where Johnson & Johnson was sued by a class because its hygiene products gave a bunch of ppl cancer, so it “spun off” it’s liability to them in a “new” company, and that new company then declared bankruptcy.
