I even take a bar with me while traveling most of the time. I don’t geek out too much with it but it’s surprising how sometimes the chocolate % doesn’t matter. One of my favorites currently is 95% but another is 70% and one doesn’t taste dramatically “darker” than the other. Key is single-origin so it tastes distinct.
