It is a small subset of criminal thugs committing the majority of the violent crime. And these people are typically known to law enforcement and could easily and forcefully be taken careof.
Their activity makes the quality of life go down and basically forces people into the suburbs.
Obviously you know this. But good job owning the "cons." |
