Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson just slammed the Supreme Court's emergency docket at Yale, calling stays that let Trump policies move forward "scratch-paper musings," "utterly irrational," and "Calvinball" rules where "this Administration always wins." She claims they're "corrosive" and override "thoughtful" lower court blocks.
