They had a whole web set up around the ghetto and used marked bills. Even then, they had to plant the drugs because the dealers kept the stash in a baggie in the bushes. Cops could not prove possession unless they planted drugs.
If they were doing all that shit to a guy with a legit job in a legit business, it would have been preposterous. Other cops would have been pissed. |
