I.e. if I work remotely (or occasionally come back to usa for work) and get pr visa in Spain or Greece, they would try to get my taxes just like irs? Is dubai the only country that's safe from this? Any others? How about montenegro? Thai?

Not France. I pulled out my laptop to do some work while on a vacation. The hotel's wifi must monitor for this and a tax bill from the DGFiP was waiting for me at my home address when I got home. It was 120.

I'm serious faggot. I know that if I rent a full year apartment there but stay under 3month out of 6, I have nothing to worry about. I can even get $20k back feie from usa by claiming dubai residency(if i also have an apt in dubai). But if I actually get any type of visa in eu, I bet they'll start requesting my foreign bank account info...

Okay, then don't do it in France because they are hardcore. I also took a two minute work call while I was there, somehow the authorities knew and I got invoiced for that too, it's crazy. There's 194 non-USA countries in the world and we already crossed one off the list, so you just started and you're already over 0.5% of the way done.

So which countries request what in terms of taxes if you get pr visa? Obviously they can't get me if they cannot know I make more than 0 unless they get my u.s. banking or irs records.

France is really hardcore, they want everything. You won't get away with not paying taxes there.

I'd avoid France. I've heard they're pretty ridiculous when it comes to working while traveling.
