More like in passing and in a way that she knew the second I made the comment I would be on my way. Instead of just saying to herself I’ll never see this guy again and just smile and say thank you she made a face and ignored me. Same day I was walking past a female and she told me I’m “cute” which happens to me maybe once a year at my age. It made my day.

I remember approaching women at a bar or club, where literally the whole point is to try and hook up, and you'd get like 10 feet from them and they'd come scream at you "I'm not interested! We're just here to have fun!" or some rude shit which isn't really fair to a guy who got up the courage to go over there.
Then they'll bemoan that guys only hit no them at clubs and why can't they meet a nice guy at a coffee shop or a gym, but if you do that it seems like they'll record the guy and put it on TikTok saying "I can't even drink my coffee without perverts hitting on me."
The celebrity analogy is probably the right one because at the end of the day, it isn't that hard for a chick to not be noticed. There's plenty of A-list celebs who are never in the tabloids because they don't want to be, and there's plenty of D-list reality stars who are always in the tabloids because they go to where the papparazi hang out. If girls don't want attention, they don't have to do their make up, blow out their hair, and walk around in yoga pants and a sports bra to the grocery store. |
