I'm FAR less angry/shocked/hostile when the audio part comes on than I am with a normal audio alarm. I frequently will wake up just to the light alone.
I've never been a morning person, and it makes mornings suck WAY less

I can just roll over in bed and see exactly what time its set for.
I also sleep with the shades partly open so I have natural sunlight coming in every morning. |

I'd have good mornings with only 6 hrs when I use the app and terrible 7 hr sleeps when I don't/not enough sunlight etc.
As a freshman I could pull multiple all nighters with minimal naps in between but now with 5 hrs of sleep I feel dead the entire day :( |
