Misc Question Printed out my entire eopf (hundreds of pages, all Outstanding appraisals), opm emails, opm faq's, email from my acting secretary endorsing the 'buyout', etc. I've also been in electronic communication with my personal physician this week describing a variety of severe symptoms related to job related stress. I've successfully procured legal representation in the past for a seven figure settlement. I sue people, not places. It's much more effective. Let's go.

No supplies availablefor me since i am not with that department, had to bring in all my gear and set it up. Came home after 8 hours to a disaster from my dogs, who had gotten accustomed to going outside during lunch.
I am placed with people whom I don't work with or interact with, my entire team is still remote searching for offices. I was so lonely and confused. I don't know how I can do this and the toll it is taking on my mental health. I need the job, but this is absolutely torture. I wish I could volunteer to be RIF'd. The DRP has too many loopholes and loss of protections, it scares me.

My cozy house that I work so hard to pay for. I miss extra time with my kid. I miss not being absolutely burnt out by 6pm by the traffic and the draining ordeal of interacting with people all day and having no energy left to be fully present in the evening. I'm just exhausted.

I had a full meltdown in front of my boss - totally embarrassing - but even she was understanding. Some people do settle in and open up, others take time - and genuinely some days are better than others. I am one of those people who took months to settle in and open up. Give yourself and the other folks in your office some grace.
I wish I had better news. Hang in there.
