7m stock / 2.5m+ rental producing real estate
i'll be walking away with 1-1.2m worth of rsu's in current company. this is a legit/current valuation, they've done buybacks. so, i'm still holding onto a nice lottery ticket in the event of ipo or acquisition, this could easily 2-3x, or more.
i don't count stuff like primary home, cars, seed stage investments i've made in net worth, but you could say prob all that is about 1.3m
