Many con/centrist Dems in Southern Brooklyn / Staten Island who would have put Cuomo over have left the party.
Primaries usually have low participation which helps underdogs and idealogues.
Leftists will not rank Cuomo in the voting which screws him in ranked choice.
Blacks may sit this out since Adams is running as an Independent.
