then there are the clubs where you’d stick out teeing it up in long pants on a warm day but you better go change out of them in the locker room before going in the clubhouse. i don’t mind that either but i’d probably think it’s dumb if i were a new golfer
as for pros shorts usually look funny but it doesn’t matter and we’d get used to it if the tour/majors allowed it |

My college team’s was also banned from the range at the long pants club because like 3 years some doofus was hitting balls from the range onto the main putting green |
