These deployments ostensibly have been about crime, public order, and allowing federal immigration enforcement to be carried out w/o harassment

What exactly would federal troops do in con areas? I guess it could be something like the 50/60s where they enforced desegregation. The only similar thing I can think of today is if the Feds under Dems demand low-income housing in middle to upper class areas like Obama was planning. That would be an entertaining spectacle for sure. |
