They found the girl's rav4 ON the property, with Avery's blood inside it with her devices burned in his barrel. The key to her vehicle was found in his bedroom with his DNA on it, and a bullet with the girl's DNA was found in the garage, and linked to a rifle found in his trailer. You have multiple independent evidence streams converging too, so even with a bad faith investigation there is enough there to say he did it. Not to say that Avery didn't do it, but I do think that 90% of the "evidence" you posted was planted by the police (and without question it was stuff they inexplicably missed their first searches).

The one alternative I think is viable is that Bobby Dassey killed her, and then Avery later helped with the disposal. There are still issues with that, not going to go into all of them. One thing I find really suspicious is that Bobby Dassey's "alibi" is that he went hunting right when the window where she was killed happened, and Scott Tadych corroborates it. Avery might not have felt the need to construct an alabi, because he thought he was in the clear because he just helped with the disposal and didn't actually kill her. There are still issues with this account, but it actually explains the family and behavioral dynamics and evidence really well and is much better than the Bobby Dassey only and Bobby Dassey framed Avery account that his lawyer tries to later use.
Apparently there is an alternative documentary called "convicting a murderer" that shows tons of stuff was left out, and even redditors were saying it is 100% certain Avery did it. |

The funny thing is that there is effectively no way Avery would get any sympathy today off the simple fact that he's a white male. And I think way more people are onto the fact that The Innocence Project is fucking insane and regularly gets real criminals out on absurd technicalities. |
